BIJOY TOWER 

MIXED-USE HIGH-RISE BUILDING, CHITTAGONG

This 30 storied high-rise building is designed at the heart of the political and administrative center of Chittagong. The architectural concept reflects the political and historical legacy of Bangladesh, while emphasizing energy efficiency and sustainable green building practices.

The lower floors (up to the 10th floor) are dedicated to commercial activities, followed by offices and government functions up to the 18th floor. The upper levels accommodate high-category hotels and related facilities. A social floor is introduced at the 8th level, designed to host various social and cultural amenities, creating a vibrant and inclusive environment within the complex.

BERC HEAD OFFICE

A GOVERNMENT OFFICE BUILDING FOR BANGLADESH ENERGY REGULATORY COMMISSION  

The Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission (BERC) is the key authority overseeing all energy-related issues in Bangladesh. As energy is a vital factor in national development, the Commission’s office activities must reflect transparency and efficiency.

The proposed building is envisioned not as a source of energy consumption, but as an icon of energy efficiency in the context of Bangladesh. Our design approach emphasizes the creation of comfortable office spaces, the optimum use of natural resources, and the integration of modern technology to harness renewable energy, ensuring sustainability and environmental responsibility throughout the project.

IDCOL HEAD OFFICE

Infrastructure Development Company Limited (IDCOL) plays a vital role in Bangladesh’s national development by financing infrastructure, power, and renewable energy projects across the country. Aiming to reflect green building principles, social responsibility, and national identity, we sought to design a distinctive office building that embodies environmental sustainability, an elegant entrance, spatial equity, and a contextually appropriate working environment.

The design concept is rooted in the principles of building sustainability, focusing on the optimization of natural resources and the creation of a healthier, high-quality indoor environment for its users.

DBL AMENITY BUILDING 

The six-storied building is designed to accommodate offices, laboratories, dining areas, resting spaces, and various common amenities for worker welfare within the DBL Pharmaceuticals premises. It serves as a shared space where workers and officers can interact, fostering communication and collaboration. The building also hosts foreign and government delegates, reflecting the company’s commitment to a modern, inclusive, and well-organized workplace environment. 

COMMERCIAL BUILDING AT GAIBANDHA 

This ten-storied mixed-use building is designed as a typical office and commercial facility in a suburban area. The commercial spaces are positioned along the front, facing the main road, while the residential units are placed toward the rear to ensure privacy and a quieter environment. The design emphasizes functionality, accessibility, and a balanced integration of commercial and residential use. 

HILTON TOWER 

MIXED-USE HIGH-RISE BUILDING, AT FENI

Located at the heart of Feni’s political and administrative center, Hilton Tower is an 18-storied mixed-use high-rise designed to combine modern architecture with functional versatility. The building accommodates multiple uses seamlessly: Contemporary shopping center, Modern hospital facilities, Premium residential units
