Master Plan of BUTEX (Proposed)

Bangladesh University of Textiles (BUTEX) has an existing campus and is planning to upgrade it into a state-of-the-art university. In response, we proposed a modern and futuristic master plan designed to accommodate approximately 10,000 students along with comprehensive academic, residential, recreational, and support facilities.

The proposed master plan focuses on creating a well-structured, sustainable, and student-centered campus, integrating academic zones, hostels, research facilities, open spaces, and efficient circulation systems to support future growth and innovation.

Master Plan of Square Pharmaceuticals, Dhaka Unit. 

Square Pharmaceuticals has been operating its Dhaka production unit since 1992. From 2010 onward, the company began expanding its premises into the surrounding areas to meet growing production and operational demands.

The master plan was developed to guide this phased expansion in a planned and sustainable manner, carefully balancing industrial growth with environmental responsibility. Special attention was given to preserving natural features, existing water bodies, and the character of the surrounding rural settlements, ensuring development without compromising ecological and social contexts.

The proposed master plan supports long-term growth while maintaining harmony between industry, nature, and the local community.

One 10-storied 5-star hotel and club complex (Total floor area: 320,000 sft).

Four 6-storied dormitory buildings for officers and staffs (Total floor area: 124,000 sft).

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT CENTER .

Preservation of natural contour, environmentally sustainable, and energy-efficient design for the industrial research facilities (DDC) was the design's concept. The project has separate industrial, service and residential zone. It provides a smooth industrial research facility with the minimum intervention of natural contours, vegetation, and water canal.

Master Plan of DBL Pharmaceuticals, Gazipur

DBL Group planned to establish a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in the Gazipur area. The master plan comprises two production buildings, one administrative building, one service building, an ETP, and other necessary supporting structures.

The master planning was aimed at creating a sustainable, environmentally responsible, and worker-friendly campus, ensuring efficient industrial operations while maintaining a healthy and safe working environment for all employees.
