A multi-storied pharmaceutical production facility designed for Square Pharmaceuticals Plc. The building features a 12-meter-high warehouse at the ground level, along with approximately 100,000 square feet of production and technical floors on the upper levels. The top floor houses modern laboratory and research facilities.

The top floor houses modern laboratory and research facilities.

Four 6-storied dormitory buildings for officers and staffs (Total floor area: 124,000 sft).

Eight 6-storied residential buildings (Types A, B, C, D) (Total floor area: 231,000 sft).

One 6-storied hospital building (100 beds; Total floor area: 78,000 sft

One 6-storied institutional building (Total floor area: 54,000 sft).

One 7-storied shopping complex (Total floor area: 240,000 sft).

One 6-storied executive and foreigner dormitory (Total floor area: 142,000 sft).

Additional site elements including landscaping, gatehouses, sentry posts, bus and truck      stops and terminals, water bodies, lake, park, etc.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT CENTER .

Preservation of natural contour, environmentally sustainable, and energy-efficient design for the industrial research facilities (DDC) was the design's concept. The project has separate industrial, service and residential zone. It provides a smooth industrial research facility with the minimum intervention of natural contours, vegetation, and water canal.
