The proposed facility is a three-storied building with a 376 sqm footprint and a total floor area of 1,130 sqm. The architectural design includes provisions for a future one-story vertical extension. The building is situated at the northeast corner of the campus and is accessible via a 3.3-meter-wide approach road.
An approximate 770 sqm plot (22m × 35m) of level ground has been designated for the project. The site is strategically positioned at the northeast corner of the campus, ensuring convenient access and efficient functional integration with the surrounding facilities.
The overall training center program is built around four key functional areas: Assembly and Maintenance, Bodywork, Painting, and Classwork.
In this new building, the focus will be on accommodating the Bodywork and Painting sections, ensuring adequate space and technical provisions for specialized automotive training activities.

This three-storied mosque is designed to accommodate approximately 5,000 worshippers at the heart of a dense industrial zone within MEPZ. The aim of the design is to create a spiritual anchor in an otherwise highly active and industrial environment—offering a place of calm, reflection, and community for workers, visitors, and residents.
The architectural expression blends modern simplicity with traditional Islamic design principles, ensuring both cultural relevance and contemporary functionality. Large prayer halls, generous circulation spaces, and strategically designed entrances allow smooth movement during peak prayer times, especially during Jumu’ah and Eid gatherings.

We believe that, the mosque is the most important structure for the community to united all Muslims under one shade; therefore the architecture of the mosque should be a helpful premises for Muslims to learn and practice Islam. Mosque might be identical in look and actions as the language of Quran & Sunnha for all Muslims are identical. For this proposed Mosque, approximate land area required is 300’x200’ and the footprint of this building is about 120’x200’. The capacity of this proposed Mosque is around 500 for daily prayer and it can be extended to 1500 worshipers during congregational prayers.
